Based in Spokane, Washington, Keith Scribner has purchased and developed dozens of commercial properties since founding the Scribner Investment Companies real estate investment firm more than 30 years ago. Keith Scribner has experience in the area of commercial retail centers, commercial developments, office buildings, restaurant sites, and retail stand-alone projects both in and beyond Spokane. These operations leased, developed, or own property to such commercial tenants such as Dollar Tree Inc., Wal-Mart Corporation, Baskin and Robbins Ice Cream, and Walgreen’s Pharmacy to name a few.

Outside of the office, Mr. Scribner pursues diverse hobbies and philanthropic activities. He stays active though skiing, hiking, boating, and sailing with his family, and travels regularly. Some of his favorite destinations include Greece, England, and Italy. He also makes frequent charitable contributions to deserving causes. He has donated to the dozens of non profits including the Ronald McDonald House, March of Dimes, and many other local and national organizations. He believes that financial contributions to nonprofit groups can make a real impact on the lives of underserved communities.
